Licence to play
Function First Apps LLC gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and play Kitty Run on your own devices for fun. You can’t copy, resell, reverse-engineer or change the game.
Virtual items
Kibble, fish, coins and cats are virtual items for use inside the game. They have no real-world value, can’t be exchanged for money, and aren’t refundable through us.
Purchases and refunds
Purchases are made through Apple or Google, and refunds go through them too. We can’t issue refunds ourselves.
Acceptable use
Please play fairly. Don’t cheat, tamper with the game or its purchases, try to break it, or use it for anything unlawful.
No warranty
We work hard to keep Kitty Run fun and bug-free, but the game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without promises that it will always work, be error-free or suit your device.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Function First Apps LLC isn’t responsible for indirect or accidental losses from using the game, and our total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid for the game in the previous 12 months. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that can’t be limited.
